Delivery Times & Instructions

Delivery is as easy as pie!
Deliveries will take place between 7:30-4pm on Fridays or Saturdays during holiday weeks. You will receive a text the night before with a 2-3 hour time window for next day delivery. Once our drivers begin their routes they will send you a text when your delivery is next with an updated ETA. Our drivers are instructed to leave your item on your doorstep, porch, or outdoor location per your special instructions that you have provided us. Your drive will text you a picture of your treats once they’re at your doorstep.

Do you live in a Condo/Apartment/Townhouse/Difficult to find home, etc?

Please provide us with accurate instructions on where to leave your treats! This will help us cut down on our delivery times to other customers.
If you live in an apartment or condo please provide us detailed information on how to access your building or meet us at the front door.

What if I have a custom cake order request?

Please, call us at 609-553-3383 (Mon-Fri 10-3) or e-mail us at KizbeesOrders@gmail.com . Allow for up to 24 hours+ for all email responses.

We REQUIRE 1-3 inspiration pictures in order to make any custom cake request.

Why won't you use licensed characters, fondant deco, etc. in my cake request?

In the age of social media many large companies and corporations have become more litigious over their IP and licensed characters.  For this reason we do not recreate any characters or IP that does not belong to us. We will always help guide you on how to make the theme of your cake match your party/vibe! Contact us to have a consultation prior to booking a cake with any IP.

As for fondant/gumpaste: our kitchen space is built for production and is too humid/hot/cold at any time to offer consistently well done fondant work.  We’ve heard from many of our customers over the years and they prefer our buttercreams and natural icings for a tasty cake over fondant anyway! Trust us – it’s just as beautiful and more delicious than fondant!

Where are you located?

We’re located on the boarder of Egg Harbor City and Galloway Township on the corner of the White Horse Pike and Cologne Ave. We’re in-between Gilchrist Restaurant and Delta Gas station.  Just look for the little building with red awnings and yellow posts!  If you need help finding us give us a call – 609-553-3383

Can I order curbside pick up?

Yes! Simply select “pickup” during checkout and choose your date and time. There is no minimum for curbside pickup!

Are you a dedicated gluten-free bakery?
Yes! A thousand times yes!
Several of our team members have Celiac Disease and we keep a very strict protocol on what is allowed in the building.  Employees aren’t allowed to bring in any food that contains gluten & every ingredient is vetted by us thoroughly before purchasing.  We even source our sprinkles from a special company in another country that ensures their sprinkles are actually gluten-free – we think of EVERYTHING down to the smallest ingredient for your safety.
