Important Information

Shop Notice

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Kizbees Kitchen will be closed for regular business hours at our retail location.
We are currently offering pickup and delivery options throughout Southern NJ.

Delivery dates / order cut offs

We are currently delivering every Friday.
Orders for Friday must be placed by Wednesday.
Basic cake orders must be placed a minimum of 3 days prior to delivery date.
Speciality/Custom/ Tiered cake orders must be ordered with a 14 day notice.

Delivery Fees

Currently all locations are $5 delivery fee throughout the summer. 

Delivery Times & Instructions

Delivery is as easy as pie!
Deliveries will take place between 7:30-3pm on Fridays. You will receive a text on Thursday with a 2-3 hour time window for delivery on Friday. Our drivers are instructed to leave your item on your doorstep, porch, or outdoor location per your special instructions that you have provided us. PLEASE DO NOT MEET THE DRIVER OUTSIDE – we have a no contact policy. This ensures the best health and safety practices for both our customers and our drivers. Once the driver has returned to their car you will receive a text message that your tasty treats have arrived!

Do you live in a Condo/Apartment/Townhouse/Difficult to find home, etc

Please provide us with accurate instructions on where to leave your treats! This will help us cut down on our delivery times to other customers.
If you live in an apartment or condo please provide us detailed information on how to access your building or meet us at the front door.

Do you deliver to my area

Kizbee’s currently services most of Southern NJ including: Cape May County, Atlantic County, Camden County, Cumberland County, Salem County, Little Egg Harbor, Tuckerton, Evesham Township, Cherry Hill, Marlton, Vorhees, Mount Laurel, Deptford, & Washington Township. What if I have a custom cake order request

Please e-mail us at KizbeesOrders@gmail.com and allow for up to 24 hours for a response.  All cake orders must be finalized at least 48 hours in advance.

Why can't we choose specific flavors of cupcakes, scones, etc.

Due to COVID-19 there have been a number of ingredient shortages and it’s not just in the food stores – it’s with our distributors as well!  So, unfortunately due to ingredient shortages we cannot guarantee specific flavors of some items or allow you to pick particular items out.  We will do our best to try and accommodate requests such as “please no peanut butter flavors” or “no bacon cheddar scones – we don’t eat bacon!”  Each week we are working hard to source high quality ingredients and are doing the best we can to make flavor profiles that will be tasty and terrific – so simply put – just trust us! 

I called your shop and haven't heard back! Help!

Unfortunately, we have limited access to our bakery store phone right now.  We are limiting contact between employees – so sharing a phone just isn’t in anyone’s best interest at the moment.  Instead of calling us please email us so management working remotely can answer your questions – KizbeesOrders@gmail.com is the fastest way to reach us until we fully reopen!

Can I order curbside pick up

We are working on bringing you curbside pick up soon, stay tuned!

What are you doing to ensure customer & employee safety
We have implemented several stringent health and safety guidelines that go above and beyond our normal operating procedures.
Currently we are working with a very small and limited crew of talented ladies who are doing it all and committed to your safety.
 
Our operations have changed immensely so that only 2 team members are allowed inside our shop building at once. The only time there is an exception to this is when a driver is picking up deliveries. All of our distributors have been instructed to leave items outside our front door so that everything can be sanitized and cleaned before it comes into our building. No one is allowed to enter our building/kitchen/shop space unless they are a team member.  Team members are required to wear gloves at all times inside the building and everything is sanitized after each shift – including light switches, door knobs, alarm systems – – you name it, we clean it!
 
Our drivers change gloves between each delivery and are instructed to wipe down their steering wheel, door handles, etc. Drivers are also equipped with hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes for each shift, and they do not make contact with customers.  All orders are left outside your door and we have adopted a strict “no contact” policy to ensure everyone’s safety. If you’d like more information or have any questions about what we’re doing to combat COVID-19 contact us by sending an email to KizbeesOrders@gmail.com.
